Smile City Square Dental, located in Vancouver near City Hall on Broadway, specializes in cosmetic dentistry with a mission to enrich lives, one smile at a time.
However, their old website posed challenges with an overwhelming amount of information and unprofessional, saturated images that did not align with their
brand. Smile City Square needed help with a new brand direction and website that displays their professionalism and expertise.
Results
Results
Following a comprehensive branding session, Smile City Square's values, brand personality, tone of voice, and more were meticulously identified and defined,
laying a solid foundation for their new brand direction. The existing logo underwent an update, and a new website was developed to align seamlessly with their
refreshed brand identity. The information architecture of their website was revamped to ensure a more professional and concise presentation of their services.
The integration of VideoAsk on the site added a humanistic touch, resonating with the clinic's values and fostering a more engaging interaction with their
audience.
